With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mrs. Ada M. Duncan who entered into rest May 26, 2025.

Mrs. Duncan, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1988 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School.  She earned a Bachelors Degree from Augusta State University. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was a Dispatcher with the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office.

Survivors include her husband, Norris Duncan; son, Jordan Duncan; chosen children, Norris Hubbard, Christopher Duncan, Ashley Gates and Ikeya Duncan; her mother, Rosalee Mosley; a sister, Taz M. (Kyther) Potts; 19 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2025 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where the Rev. Oscar W. Brown is the pastor and the Rev. Willie Patten, Jr. eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
