It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Addie L. Williams who entered into rest December 6, 2021.

Mrs. Addie L. Williams was born on June 8, 1918 to the late John H. and Henrietta Toney Anderson.

Mrs. Williams attended Bettis Academy Junior College in Edgefield County. After graduation, she taught school in Edgefield County. She was a member of Mt. Canaan Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Clarence (JC) Williams, her son, Alphonso Williams, daughter, Delinda L. Williams and all of her siblings.

Left to cherish her memories are: her daughters, Jacquelyn Williams (Rev. Daniel L.) Johnson, Veronica W. Settles, Henrietta Ellen (Maurice) Pope all of Trenton, SC and Roslyn J. Williams of North Augusta, SC; sister-in-law, Alice Williams; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A PRIVATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT MT. CANAAN BAPTIST CHURCH.
