With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mr. Allen Williams, Jr. who entered into rest March 27, 2025.

Mr. Williams, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Shaws Creek Baptist Church where he served on the Trustee Board. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Annie Mae Williams of the home; four daughters, Barbara Ann (Franklin) Lee, Martha (Carl) Williams both of Trenton, SC, Linda Williams of North Augusta, SC and Cherell Williams of Lexington, SC; three sisters, Netter Dawkins of Virginia, Christine Stepney of Edgefield, SC and Lillie Mae Hardnett of Georgia; one brother, Willie (Ella Ruth) Williams of Aiken, SC; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Shaws Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
