G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Bennie Lee Hudson, Jr.

Mr. Hudson, a native of Orlando, Florida, was educated in the Aiken County Public Schools. In 1978 he graduated from Langley-Bath-Clearwater High School where he played football. He was a United States Navy Veteran and a Truck Driver.

Survivors include two sons, Morris Lee Hudson and Bennie Lee Hudson, III; two sisters, Teffie A. (Marvin) Sanders and Michane Patricia Geter; a niece, Shantel (Ryan) Holmes; four nephews, Byron (Renita) Williams, Stephen (Naisha) Geter, Cedrick (Femeko) Geter and Casey (Whitney) Geter; god daughters, Ciara Tackett, Felicia Kennedy and Amanda Clubb; a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 12 pm Saturday, December 6, 2025 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary with the Rev. Martris Mims officiating.
