It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Bernice Morgan who entered into rest July 5, 2022 at Edgefield Post Acute.

Mrs. Morgan, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Moores AME Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Pastor Michelle R. Simpkins and Vanessa (Curtis) Hartley; five sons, Ronald Morgan (Pearl Dozier), Frederick L. Morgan, Gary Morgan, Dr. Anthony E. Morgan, and Kendrix M. Morgan; one brother, Franklin D. (Sue Bell) Simpkins; four grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Moores AME Church of with the Rev. Willie Patten, Jr. officiating. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
