It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Betty S. Blanchard who entered into rest November 7, 2022.

Mrs. Blanchard was a native of Edgefield County.

Survivors include are her husband, Francis K. Blanchard of Aiken, SC; two sisters, Louise Brown of Queens, NY and Shirley Stevens of Johnston, SC; one brother, Marion Hazel of Johnston, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2022 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, November 14, 2022 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home. The service will be live-streamed via the G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Facebook Page.
