It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Braun Erckerless Pruitt, III who entered into rest November 17, 2023.

Mr. Pruitt was a native of Bronx, NY and was a truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Catrina Pruitt; two daughters, Shanavia Pruitt (Mengste El) and Laylonie Pruitt; one son, Braun Pruitt IV; parents, Braun, Jr. and Vicki Pruitt; one sister, Sadarea Pruitt; three brothers, Aaron Pruitt, Devon (Brittany) Pruitt and Anthony Brown; one granddaughter, Lyric Pruitt; a host of other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Almond Branch Baptist Church where the pastor is Rev. Bruce Page and Minister Andrea Taylor eulogist. Interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
