It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Carolyn Quarles Simpkins who entered into rest December 28 2024.

Mrs. Simpkins, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Erica D. Simpkins of Graniteville, SC; four sisters, JoAnne Jones, Elaine (Maurice) Thomas both of North Augusta, SC, Gloria (George) Griffin and Doris (Luther) Tanks both of Charlotte, NC; one brother, Clifford Quarles of North Augusta, SC; three grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, January 3, 2025 at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
