It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Carrie Bell Peterson Robinson who entered into rest July 9, 2024.

Mrs. Robinson, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1966 graduate of W. E. Parker High School. She was a member of Pleasant Lane Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sisters, Addie (Lovett) Bean, Betty (Navon) Settles both of Edgefield, SC, Ophelia (Willie) Lee of Johnston, SC and Dorothy Butler of New York; a brother-in-law, Raymond Gordon; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Pleasant Lane Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Searles, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Monday at the funeral home.
