It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Catherine H. Sullivan who entered into rest May 31, 2023.

Mrs. Sullivan was a native of Edgefield County and a member of Old Piney Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include seven sons, Otis Sullivan, Jr., William (Shirley) Sullivan, Dea. Dennis (Doris) Sullivan, Larry Sullivan, Rev. James (Marquita) Sullivan, Dorsey (Carolyn) Sullivan and Raymond (Kim) Sullivan; four daughters, Rosie (Dea. Robby) Haynes, Catherine McKevie, Ruby (Derek) Sullivan-Character and Inez Trowell; one brother, Henry (Sheila) Hightower; forty-one grandchildren, sixty-eight great grandchildren, fourteen great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Old Piney Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Louis T. Coley officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-6 pm Friday at the funeral home.
