With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Ms. Connie Mealing who entered into rest January 5, 2025.

Ms. Mealing, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1976 graduate of Aiken High School. She received an Associate degree from Aiken Technical College. She was a member of Ministry of Grace Church, Edgefield, SC where she served om the Deaconess Ministry and Music Ministry.

Survivors include two sisters, Mary Diggs and Annie (Brown) Ellison; two brothers, Elester Mealing and Larry (Mary) Mealing; a nephew/son, Jonathan Diggs, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 12 pm Monday, January 13, 2025 at Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery with Apostle Melinda Wright officiating. Viewing will be held from 1 pm until 4 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
