With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, we announce the transition of Mr. Cory L. Green who entered into rest March 20, 2026.

Mr. Green, a native of Aiken County, was a 1995 graduate of Midland Valley High School. He was a member of St. Phillip Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Anita Green; daughters, Kyleigh Green, Viana (Orlando) Thompson, Lakisha Wilson, Desiree Wilson and Lucretia Wilson; sons, Cory L. (Nevaeh) Green, Jr., Cole Baker, Devante' (Bria) Winslow and Capus Riles; his parents; Margie Wade Green and Rev. Delbert (Jo Ann) Nero; a sister, Shantel Nero; brothers, Jerry (Tara) Green and Kelby (Kim) Nero; maternal grandmother, Essie B. Turner; 21 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Old Storm Branch Missionary Baptist Church where the Rev. Martris Mims is the pastor and Rev. Eric T. Butler eulogist. Viewing will be held from 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
