It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Darryal Jerome Shaw who entered into rest May 3, 2024

Mr. Shaw, a native of Washington, DC attended Suitland High School and North Augusta High School.

Survivors include his wife, Lavionne Dabney-Shaw; his mother, Alvera M. Shaw; his children, Dajah Elliott, Jailen Dabney-Patterson, Jahlia Dabney-Shaw, Ja'Kyra Dabney-Shaw, Journee Dabney-Shaw and Jen'Nyah Dabney-Shaw; a sister, Danielle Twisdale; two brothers, Darrin Twisdale and Michael Shaw; grandparents, Albert Shaw and Jennie Reynolds (Daniel) Giles; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 pm Thursday, May 16, 2024 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. James E. Reynolds officiating. Viewing will be held immediately following the service from 5 pm to 7 pm..
