G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Dea. Odell Glover who entered into rest December 5, 2025.

Mr. Glover, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred Patten Glover of the home; a daughter, Dr. Jacqueline (Gerald) Kennion of Trenton, SC; a son, Cedric Glover of North Augusta, SC; three sisters, Annie Lou Jefferson, Mary Martha Bibbs both of Trenton, SC and Florence Miles of North Augusta, SC; a brother, Min. Jimmy (Annette) Glover of Trenton, SC; five grandchildren, Swacely Glover, Deandre (Alex) Glover, Brittinie Gilchrist, Tyrique Lane and JaSergio Kennion; seven great-grandchildren; a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where the Rev. Oscar W. Brown is the pastor and the Rev. Willie Patten, Jr. eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
