With heavy hearts, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Walter Mosley, Jr. who entered into rest February 9, 2026.

Mr. Mosley, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was a member of Truth Seekers 391 Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include one daughter, Angela D. Mosley; two sons, Gerald Mosley and Timothy Mosley; one brother, Quinnie (Florein) Mosley; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where the Rev. Oscar W. Brown is the pastor and Rev., Dr. Jasper Lloyd, Sr. eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
