G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Dwane T. Harris who entered into rest November 9, 2025.

Mr. Harris was born in Lexington, SC and resided in Aiken, SC.

Survivors include his parents, Mary Dell Harris and Larry (Marilyn) Brooks, Sr.; sisters, Petri Brooks and Miranda Brooks; a brother, Larry (Jennifer) Brooks, Jr.; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Casey Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
