It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Earl H. Baxter, Jr. who entered into rest December 4, 2022.

Mr. Baxter was native of Manhattan, New York. He was a United States Army Veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Baxter; three daughters, Monique Williams of Woodbridge, VA, Dr. Natashia Baxter of Hackettstown, NJ, and Denise Davis of Columbia, MD; three Grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

Viewing and Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2022 at the funeral home. Funeral services and interment will take place on Monday, December 12, 2022 in Orange, New Jersey.
