It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Ms. Elishey "Joretta" Perry who entered into rest November 1, 2022.

Ms. Perry was a native of Aiken County and a member Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She retired from Owens-Corning Fiberglass.

Survivors include two sons, Harvey Jay (Pamela) and Bobby Jay (Jennifer); two daughters, Loretta Hicks (Cephus) and Shirley A. McDaniel Thomas (Sellous); two brothers, Rev. Bobby McDaniel and Gilbert McDaniel; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12 pm Monday, November 7, 2022 at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church of which the Rev. Dr. Johnny L. Hampton, Sr., pastor and Rev. Bobby McDaniel eulogist. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mask and social distancing will be observed. There will be NO PUBLIC VIEWING.

The family will receive friends at the residence (1004 Todd Ave., North Augusta, SC) on Sunday from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
