It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Eric L. Priester who entered into rest September 19, 2023.

Mr. Priester, a native of Bronx, NY, was a 1993 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Priester; his mother, Joyce Souma; three daughters, Erijen Priester, Taraji Phillips and Alexis White; two sons, Zi'Jarious Phillips and De'Undre (April) Culbreath; five grandchildren; uncles, Oscar (Pearlie) Brooks and Kenneth (Dorothy) Holloway; aunts, Connie (Ernest) Irvin; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Republican Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Ricky Oliver officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
