It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Georgia M. Walker who entered into rest December 12, 2021.

Mrs. Walker was a native of Edgefield County and a member of First Providence Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Walker, Sr.; a son, Jimmy Junior Walker; two daughters, Georgia A. (Albert) Jackson and Dorothy Marie W. (Gene) Pearson; two brothers, Pinkey Jones, Jr. and Matthew Jones; two sisters, Mattie (Joseph) Simmons and Ellen Jones; three grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm Monday, December 20, 2021 in Pineview Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dr. Alexander Pope, Jr., officiating. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Viewing will be held from 2-5 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
