With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Gregory J. Mays who entered into rest December 4, 2024.

Mr. Mays attended the Aiken County Public School System and worked in the Construction Industry. for T. W. Bulldozing.

Survivors include a sister, Janie Shipman; brothers, Bobby (Sharon) Mays, Jackie Mays, Casey Mays, Frankie Mays and Tyrone Mays; aunts, Deloris Mays, Effie Jean Jordan and Dorothy (Herman) Broadwater; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with Minister Calvin Mays officiating. Interment will follow in New and Living Way Apostolic Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm Monday at the funeral home.
