It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Ms. Jackeesha D. Johnson who entered into rest June 10, 2023.

Ms. Johnson, a native of Edgefield County, was a 2007 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. She continued her studies at Aiken Technical College where she earned an Associates Degree. Jackeesha was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Jack and Dianne Johnson of Edgefield, SC; one daughter, Mia Johnson of Edgefield, SC; two sons, Braylen Griffin and Laken Hatcher both of Edgefield, SC; one brother, Alonzo Mealing of Alexandria, VA; paternal grandparents, Jack and Letha Johnson of Edgefield, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Leroy Robertson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. There will be NO VIEWING.
