It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. James "Millie" Lott who entered into rest on March 27, 2023.

Mr. Lott, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1969 graduate of W. E. Parker High School. He was retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass and a member of Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Danielle A. Lott; his mother, Pearl Edwards Lott; three sisters, Marjie Perment, Tracey Lott, and Marilyn Lott; a brother, Edward (Roberta) Lott; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Word of Life Assembly with the Rev. Reggie Caractor officiating. Interment will follow in St. John Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Monday at the funeral home.
