It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Reverend Jimmy L. Cue who entered into rest January 31, 2023.

Rev. Cue, a native of Richland County, was a 1971 graduate of Aiken High School. He furthered his education, completing his Masters of Divinity at Southern Bible Institute.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Cue; his children, Kim (Terry) Palmer, Patrick (Lavelle) Mitchell, Amy Cue, Leslie (Garfield) Brooker, and Wilhelmina Williams; his stepmother, Richardeen Cue; father-in-law,Alvin Raiford; siblings, Bishop William (Karen) Cue, William (Rose) Coates, Debra (Allen) Dent, Patricia (Allen) Driver, Ronnie Cue, Tamika (Trevis) Haynesworth, and Joseph Taylor; grandchildren,Braylen Waldo, Rondrell Bryant, Rondriyanna Bryant, Arianna Brooker, Nevaeh Williams, Preston Cue, Quincey Cue, and Josiah Williams; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Clark and Shiloh Waldo; brothers and sisters-in-law,Ricky (Vivian) Raiford, Wallace (Elizabeth) Raiford, Diane Raiford, and Debra Paige; God-children, Franklin Howard, Lamont Lewis, Demetrius Barton, Kevin Jones, and Jaela Mathis; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, Februay 3, 2023 at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Douglas A. Slaughter officiating. The service will be live-streamed via the "Celebration of Life for Rev. Jimmy L. Cue" Facebook Page. Entombment will take at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Southlawn Cemetery and Mausoleum. Viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
