With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mrs. Jo Anne Jackson Collier who entered into rest April 10, 2026.

Mrs. Collier was a 1970 graduate of W. E. Parker High. She furthered her education at Piedmont Technical College, earning a degree in Business.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Mr. Otis Collier Jr.; two sons, Otis "June" Collier III and Creighton Collier; daughter-in-law, Shirley Collier; granddaughter, Raven Collier; two great-grandchildren, Maddox Nicholson and Hendrix Nicholson; aunt, Edna Jackson; sisters-in-law, Juanita Collier and Maggie Farley; along with a host of other loving relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 16, 2026 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Alfred Bates officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 20, 2026 at  Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
