It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. John Henry Green who entered into rest February 13, 2023 at Self Regional Healthcare.

Mr. Green, a native of McCormick County was a member of Hosannah Baptist Church where he served as a trustee and usher.

Survivors include a daughter, Janet (Lonnie) Brisco; a sister, Jessie Lee McKie; three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Hosannah Baptist Church, Modoc, SC with the Rev. Joseph Brinson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Friday at the funeral home.
