It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Johnny Lee Pressley who entered into rest November 2, 2022.

Mr. Pressley was a native of Edgefield County and attended Strom Thurmond High School. He was a mechanic. At an early age, he joined Mt. Canaan Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Mack (Petronia) Pressley, Jr.; a son, Johnathan Pressley; Five brothers, Emanuel Pressley, Mack (Brenda) Pressley, III, Earnest (Trish) Pressley, Eugene (Frances) Pressley and Larry (Charlene) Pressley; four sisters, Betty Ann Pressley (Lewis) Bessix, Vickie Shaniece (Marquis) Mattison, Brittany K. Pressley and Keisha C. Pressley; extended brother and sister, Albert Hardy and Brenetta Mathis; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
