Obituary

It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Julia B. Lovett who entered into rest December 20, 2022.



Mrs. Lovett, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Senior Choir.


Survivors include two daughters, Debra Daniels and Juliette (Todd) Byrd; a chosen son, James Thomas; a brother, Add (Laura Ann) Mims, Jr.; a sister, Mary (Joseph) Houston; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.


Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Edgefield of which the Rev. Leonard Franklin, Jr., pastor and the Rev. Eddie Freeman eulogist. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.



Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
