G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Julius Bernard Partlow who entered into rest December 21, 2025.

Mr. Partlow was a 1993 graduate of Lincoln County High School. At an early age, he joined Ebenezer Baptist Church. Later he joined Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church-North Augusta where he served as a dedicated member on the Security Ministry. He was later lead to Laura Grove Missionary Baptist Church where he served faithfully until his death.

Survivors include his loving wife, Shionta Nicole Elam Partlow; four children, Briana, Jeremiah M.B., Joshua and Isaiah J.B. Partlow; two grandchildren, Qualan and Dakari Taylor; two sisters, Vickey Partlow-White and Tonya Partlow; two brothers, Torrance (Sangae) Cullars and Deon Cullars; grandmother, Julia Mae Leverette; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, December 29, 2025 at Laura Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. A. J. Saunders officiating. Viewing will be held from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
