With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mrs. Justina Smith who entered into rest June 28, 2026.

Ms. Smith was a native of Richmond County.

Survivors include her mother, Bertha Vaughn; a sister, Donna (Pierre) Cail; a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
