It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Lane D. Deitchler who entered into rest March 7, 2022.

Mr. Deitcher was a native of Hot Springs County, WY. He was a DNP for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, DD, Augusta.

Survivors include his wife, Betty L. Mendas Deitchler; three sons, Donny Deitchler, Daved (Bridget) Deitchler and Daniel (Geri) Deitchler; two daughters, Jeanette Baker and Valerie Baker; a brother, Scott Deitchler and a sister, Cheryl Deitchler; ten grandchildren; mother-in-law, June Childress; brother-in-law, Jeff (Tracy) Childress; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
