With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Larry Key who entered into rest June 11, 2026.

Mr. Key was a native of Edgefield County.

Survivors include four sisters, Linda Robinson, Darlene Vedrine, Almena Gilchrist and Janie Odom; one brother, Ernest (Barbara) Gilchrist; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 19, 2026 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Lawrence Conway officiating. Interment will follow in the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
