Obituary

It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Ms. Laura Ann Williams who entered into rest February 26, 2024.


Ms. Williams, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Montmorenci Missionary Baptist Church.


Survivors include three daughters, Juan Williams of Detroit, MI, Jusia Willams and Jade Williams both of Aiken, SC; two sisters, Lelia Green of North Augusta, SC and Mary Helen Priester of Jamaica, NY; one brother, Joseph Priester of Norfolk, VA; four grandchildren; four great-granchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.


Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2024 at Montmorenci Missionary Baptist Church where the Rev. Wilbert Newman is pastor and the Rev. Timothy Williams eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
