Obituary

It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Lillie Mae Williams who entered into rest January 23, 2022.


Mrs. Williams, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church.


Survivors include one daughter, Sheila Williams, Aiken; two sisters, Lucy (Robert) Cullum and Gladys (Joe) Hamilton both of Aiken; one brother, Louis Corley, Aiken; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.


Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the Chinquapin Baptist Church, Batesburg, with Rev. Robert C. Ratliff, Sr. officiating. Mask and Social Distancing will be observed. SEATING WILL BE LIMITED. The service will be live-streamed via the G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Facebook Page. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery, Aiken. Viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
