Obituary
With heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mrs. Lucille N. Nabriat.
On Thursday, January 22, 2026, God called one of His beloved servants home. Sister Lucille Newsome Nabriat departed this life for her heavenly residence.
She was a native of Aiken County.
She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Sandra (Watkins) Hightower of Graniteville, SC, Cynthia (Michael) Wilson and Patricia (James) Stevenson both of Augusta, GA; one son, David (Angela) Nabriat of North Augusta, SC; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one goddaughter; one sister, Bettye (Donald) Buchanan of Graniteville, SC; one brother, James W. (Rosetta) Newsome of Graniteville, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Evening Light Church of God with Dr. Gloria Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The will be NO PUBLIC VIEWING.
Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
