With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mrs. Margaret B. Pope who entered into rest April 27, 2026.
Mrs. Pope, a native of Clarks Hill, SC, was a member of Spring Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Alexander Pope; four daughters, Stephanie Walker, Sharon Walker, Sybrenia Grant and Alexis Comegy; two sons, Talib Rashid and Tracey (Melissa) Pope; two sisters, Elizabeth Thomas and Rubenia (Harvest) Hammond; one brother, Rev. Johnny Bussey; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements will be announced.
Professional Services are under the compassionate care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
