It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Marguerite Williams Jackson who entered into rest November 16, 2023.

Mrs. Jackson , a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Old Macedonia Baptist Church. She served as a Deaconess at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, James H. Jackson, Sr., and Dion B. Jackson; two daughters, Farie Tina Jackson and Shannon M. Lowe; a sister, Elsie (Melvin) Bowers; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Old Macedonia Baptist Church of which the Rev. Dr. Leonard O. Griffin pastor and the Rev. Limuer Myers eulogist. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
