Mark Lanham Hollingsworth

With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Mark L. Hollingsworth who entered into rest May 10, 2026.

Mark was a resident of Edgefield County. He was a graduate of Strom Thurmond High School.

Survivors include a son, Oxley James Hollingsworth; his mother and stepfather, Audrey and Joseph D. McCain; his father, Robert D. Hollingsworth; a brother, Ryan (Paula) Stevenson; a niece, Chloe Stevenson; and aunt, Thyra (Willie) Briggs; a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Carey Hill Community Outreach Center where the Rev. Brandon L. Dotson is the pastor and the Rev., Dr. Debbie McCain eulogist.
