With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mrs. Mary Kenner who entered into rest November 26, 2024.

Mrs. Kenner, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Xavier Kenner and Ricardo Kenner; two grandchildren, Tyler Kenner and Christopher Kenner; sisters, Ora Mae Mims, Alice Schoultz, Nettie Thurmond, Betty H. Davis, Beverly Curry; brothers, Matthew K. Hammonds, James Allen Hammonds, Timothy Maurice Hammonds,  and Loranzo Bobby Hammonds; 38 nieces and nephew; great friends, Sylvia Collins and Maria George; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where the Rev. Eddie Freeman is the pastor and the Rev. Martris Mims eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
