It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Mary Lee Morgan who entered into rest August 21, 2022 at her residence.

Mrs. Morgan, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Republican Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Orlando Morgan, Jr. of the home; one daughter, Annette Collins of Edgefield, SC; five sisters, Ernestine (Sam) Rembert, Vivian (Jessie) Fudge, Rosemary (Norris) NeSmith-Hunter all of Atlanta, GA, Rita NeSmith of Miami, FL, and Debra (Ron) Jacobs of Tampa, FL; seven brothers, Robert NeSmith, Ernest (Carol) NeSmith, Kenneth NeSmith, Willie NeSmith, Clayton NeSmith all of Atlanta, GA, Ricky NeSmith of Miami, FL, and Elvis Lanham of Edgefield, SC; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 25, 2022 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in the Simmon Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The service will be live-streamed via the G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Facebook Page. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
