With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mrs. Mary Alice Middleton Talbert Parks who entered into rest November 20, 2024.

Mrs. Parks, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Carey Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Marion Talbert of Edgefield, SC and Willie (Linda) Talbert of Greenwood, SC; two daughters, Dorothy (Rev. Leroy) Robertson of Edgefield, SC and Diane (Robert) Jones of North Augusta, SC; two brothers, Clarence Middleton of Jamaica, NY and Alonzo (Rosa Lee) Middleton of North Augusta, SC; one sister, Gladys Middleton Talbert of Suitland, MD; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, November 25, 2024 at Carey Hill Baptist Church where the Rev. Brandon Dotson is the pastor and the Rev. Leroy Robertson eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
