It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Mrs. Minnie E. Settles who entered into rest February 11, 2023.

Mrs. Settles was a member of Second Providence Baptist Church where she served on the Golden Age and Usher Ministries.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Settles; two daughters, Carol (Fredrick) Settles-Harris and Yvonne (Ronald) Settles-Johnson; a daughter-in-law, Catita Settles; four sisters-in-law; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Second Providence Baptist Church with the Rev., Dr. Albert M. James officiating. Interment will follow in the Springfield AME Church Cemetery (McCormick, SC.) Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Friday at the funeral home.
