It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Myron J. Johnson who entered into rest January 31, 2023 at AU Medical Center.

Mr. Johnson, a native of Aiken County, was a graduate of Aiken High School.

Survivors include his parents, Chesley Thomas and Alan Johnson; step-father, Anthony Thomas; step-mother, Shona Johnson; two sisters, Jasmine Johnson and Joy Johnson; four brothers, Caleb Johnson, Malcolm Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, and Jonah Johnson; grandparents, Thelma Meekins, Gerald Meekins, Doreen Price; step-grandparents, Kenny and Edna Preston; great-grandmother, Martha Johnson; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Levern McKenny officiating. Interment will follow in the Coleman Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
