It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Pauline Hillary who entered into rest April 28, 2023 at NHC North Augusta.

Mrs. Hillary was a native of Rocky Mount, NC and a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Senior Choir, Deaconess Ministry, Women's Club and the Praise Team.

Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline Shields; seven grandchildren, Jamela T. Hillary-Harris, Shandrika Q. Hillary, Fredrick E. Dunn, Freddrika Q. Dunn, Johnathan L. Hillary, Victoria E. Dunn and Jazmine K. Jenkins; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Masks are required. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
