It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Pearlene Ray who entered into rest April 8, 2022 at PruittHealth-Aiken.

Mrs. Ray, a native of Aiken County, was a member under Watch Care at Mt. Transfiguration Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Renate Isaac; two sons, Richard E. Ray and Genovis (Patricia) Peterson; one sister, Evelean P. Davis; one brother, Zonnie Watson; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. The service will be live-streamed via the G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Facebook Page.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Aiken County Council of Aging.
