With deepest sympathy we announce the transition of Mr. Philmo Muse who entered into rest August 25, 2024.

Mr. Muse, a native of Penhook, VA, was a member of Full Gospel Praise and Deliverance Church.

Survivors include his companion, Beverly Williams of Aiken, SC; three daughters, Nakia (Raymond) Landy of Wagener, SC, Philnique Muse, Latosha Williams both of Aiken, SC and Phillis Goins of Germantown, MD; four sons, Philmo (Sheena) Muse of Augusta, GA, Gehazel (Saavedra) Muse of Pittsburgh, PA, Raashad Muse and Christopher Williams both of Aiken, SC; two sisters, Rochelle (Arcelious) Belcher-Phillips of Orange, NJ and Gail Black of Plainfield, NJ; three brothers, Larry Muse of Aiken, SC, Jamal (Sade) Black of Oklahoma and Alan (Zera) Black of Atlanta, GA; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Union Baptist Church where the Rev. David Williams is the pastor and the  Rev. Calvin Jefferson, Sr. eulogist. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
