It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Ralph Brightharp who entered into rest April 30, 2023.

Mr. Brightharp was a 1978 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. He was the owner and operator of B&E Transmissions. He was a member of Old Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Marlene Templeton; two sons , Marvin Chase Brightharp and Chad Brightharp; four brothers, Herman (Wilma) Brightharp, Anthony (Terry) Brightharp, Carl (Kim) Brightharp and Maurice (Patricia) Brightharp; three sisters, Yvonne (Warren) Weston, Beverly Felder and Rev. Barbara (Roy) Wills; one uncle, Rev. William (Joan) Brightharp; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Old Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Barbara Wills officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Friday at the funeral home.
