Obituary

With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mr. Ray Tyler who entered into rest November 4, 2024.

Mr. Tyler, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Rosa Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Tyler; three sons, Alex Tyler, Jacoby Dean and Tony Tyler; four daughters, Teresa (Jerome) Sims, Juria Mauricia (Levi) Robinson, Erika Moses and Tonya Moses; sisters, Betty Ramsey, Shirley Ross and Janice Holston; one brother, Thaddeus (Melissa) Tyler; grandchildren considered as his own children, Ra'Vohn "Ray Ray" Robinson and her brother, Donnell; 22 additional grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Rosa Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnnie Lee Smith officiating. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-Aiken.
