It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Hoise Brown who entered into rest November 10, 2022.

Mr. Brown was a native Marianna, Florida and a member of Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He retired from the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Campbell Brown; a son, Matthew N. Brown; two daughters, Danielle (Jamal) Liferidge and Cassandra (Neil) Nair; three brothers, Pastor Ronnie (Demetra) Brown, Morris (Betty) Brown and Roy Bryan; three sisters, Cathy (Solomen) Asemota, Flora (Joseph) Davis and Merlin (Rev. Freddie) Rhoulhac; a grandson, Nathan Nair; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert L. Ramsey officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mask and social distancing will be observed. Viewing will be held from 2-5:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
