It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of 1stSgt (Ret.) William H. Wilson who entered into rest September 4, 2023.

Mr. Wilson, a native of Marion County, SC, was a member of Jenkins Memorial CME Church. He was a retired veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include two sisters, Nevada (Clarence) Beatty of Queens Village, NY and Charis Wilson of Sellers, SC; one brother, Phillip I. Wilson of Brooklyn, NY; a sister-in-law, Jurleae Wilson of Long Island, NY; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Jenkins Memorial C. M. E. Church. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. There will be NO VIEWING.
